SuperPages.com Trumpets LocalSearch.com Acquisition

Idearc (the guys behind SuperPages) just announced that they have purchased the url ‘LocalSearch.com‘ and 20% of AmericanTowns.com in a transaction valued at $3.3 million. What is interesting is not only that the press release mentions the URL first - other sites also cite the URL as the main transaction conducted.

ICANN further simplifies public comment process

ICANN has now created a “one-stop” comment page. The new page lists the topics with brief summaries and has an email link for each of them. Make sure to voice your opinion on such topics as the “Changes to the Registrar Accreditation Agreement“.
