I had to look three times to believe some of these prices:
NewYorkCityLuxuryCondos.com sells for just a fraction of a Realtor's commision check, but the booming industry of Kitchen Lights is cornered at four times the price.

I think domain buyers and sellers sometimes fail to assess the profit potential for the ultimate end-users of the names and instead focus too much on name length. I have PhoenixLuxuryCondo.com & SanFranciscoLuxuryCondo.com and I know the impact even the singualr can have on a Realtors business.

Yes it is an odd business and often no logic to pricing. That is why I find domain appraisals useless. A buyer sent me an appraisal on one of my domains founderz.com that said it was worth $96-$268 amd tried using it in negotiating. What a joke! I have FatCures.com, SecretIngredients.com and many more that I know are worth thousands. Quentin

I can't believe how low some of these prices are. I look over this list and except for word length, I can't see why some names sell for thousands and other, equally strong generic names, go for $200. This is an odd, odd business.

MufflerShops.com is a developer's dream and steal at that price.

I'm pleasantly surprised by these results. FurnitureDiscounts.com for $7500? That's strong.
