Why the hell someone nominated Richard Lau for any awards, especially for “Domainer of the year”…? In last years he is doing almost no domaining. What? His new non-sense NamesCon? Grrr. He got an award in 2004 and from that time he is just repeating the stuff what he did in past. I can find hundred of John Does who do better… Wake up, people. It is 2013, not 2004.

So Rick Schwartz ONCE AGAIN steps out of the domain award race! CAN THIS MAN BE MORE HUMBLE?! Wait, these awards are given out at his own show? Oh….

Like the topic of unreported trades, so goes the true award winners of our industry.

Congratulations to all Winners and Nominees. . .
The only thing that would make this article better
would be to have URLs attached to each Nominee
and Winner — URLs to thier sites and or Bio or
Interviews Online. . . (and or Twitter Facebook
and LinkedIn Coordinating Pages)
I know I’m greedy…
But wouldn’t that be a super

Thank you for your suggestion Patricia, we’ll keep that in mind for the future. I don’t quite see the SEO benefit though in a page that would only contain outgoing links to other sites.

@Paul M – yes I was also surprised to be nominated for Domainer of the Year again. I can hear you singing along with Janet Jackson as you write your comment – http://youtube.com/watch?v=r9uizdKZAGE

But if you think I’ve been doing nothing in the domain space that’s my problem of flying under the radar. I’ve been tied up lately acquiring and building Resume.com to page one on Google, and with my work with dozens of registrars. As for the recent Domainer of the Year nomination, I’d written to Howard after I saw that saying:

“Wow, I am truly honored to be nominated again. I really don’t think I deserve it for this year, but maybe for next! I’ve got some cool things in the pipeline. Shooting for the Domain Hall of Fame. ;^)

Hopefully between now and then I can win you over Paul M. And earn your vote.
