In the mean time some of the (like for example Tucows in 2008) have sold their shares. For the current ownership, you would need to check their filings in Ireland. Afilias also operates .ME in conjunction partnership with GoDaddy and placed a bid with GoDaddy to run .US back in July of 2007.

Good news. Focus more on the idn.cctlds and push back the gtlds until ICANN can figure out how to put in place more regulation on them.
