Thanks for highlighting this important free speech issue. All too often these cases get swept under the rug, and no one learns from the experience. I hope others will benefit from this matter.

Twitter’s customer support never actually gave me a full explanation for why my account got suspended. But, it’s not hard to infer what might have transpired, given the timing in relation to the HRTO complaint (which involved tweets). I trust they will evolve their procedures in the future.

I just saw the Ron Jackson article about this, looks like a lawsuit against VANOC, which he seems to have won? Why kep this up??
