I think he mainly targeted domains with only one bidder in them, and knowing their proxy bid, bumped them up closer to it.

Most of the names FS would go for would be ones a LOT of people would go for, so there would be no need for halvarez to artificially fiddle the market.

I will wait for the Oregon AG to review my comlaint, there is more at stake here than my ‘rebate’.
These folks trying to get out front of this to avoid criminal liabilty is a pretty slick manuever, let the chips fall where they may.

I really believe people should put this behind them. I do not represent Snap. I say this because:

1. The class action route will ONLY make the attorneys wealthy. After the attorneys fees are paid the plaintiffs will no doubt be left with a free coupon worth $10.

2. MORE IMPORTANTLY, is that if we do not allow Snap to do the right thing here without vultures circling, others with similar problems will not act responsibly in the future.
