Google temporarily drops .info domains from it’s index
On May 23rd, Google temporarily removed .info domains from its search index. While there has been no official statement from Google, speculations about the reason have been ranging from an attempt to ban “cheap” domain registrations (the .info registry is known to run promotions) to a mere technical glitch.
