Do you mean that Name Admin had a hot site in place for the failover and they just lit it up once they went down?  Or did they set up hosting with another provider once they were down?

I wonder how many of the folks with large portfolios have a hot site in place.  Perhaps that is a follow-up article for you to do?</description>
