Domain Name Broker Christian Kalled Leaving Sedo
Domain name broker and “lead negotiator” for Sedo‘s brokerage services, Christian Kalled announced on his facebook page today that he is no longer working for the company. Kalled was instrumental in some of the biggest deals that have been recorded at Sedo including the famous $3 million Vodka.com sale to Russian billionaire Roustam Tariko.
We wish Christian well on his future ventures.

I first read this as “Killed leaving Sedo” I thought perhaps he had a traffic accident. Pun intended

I wonder if this has anything to do with Sedo’s October 22nd site meltdown. Being that Christian was a senior broker, he probably had sellers who’s auctions were negatively affected. Or, maybe his reasons are completely unrelated. I wish Christian the very best!

I think he hasn’t done any deals for a long time. These days, Sedo got much better brokers, like Kathy and Tessa.

This is a huge loss for sedo – not only was he instrumental in vodka.com, but he also brokered Fly.com, Talk.com, Resumes.com in the past year and the list goes on and on.
