Maybe they thought their problem wasn’t at Akamai, so someone got onto the NSI management interface thinking they needed to change something there and cocked up.

Have you ever used the interface to change DNS servers at NSI? It seems to be deliberately obtuse, and it’s very easy to make this type of mistake.

If it was a DNS/server issue outside NSI (at Akamai?) why would some people get an NSI parking page? That’s just WEIRD.

Who is at fault here and what was the cause that led to the domain going to an NSI parking page ?
