Hecta Media Inc., a web consolidator, has recently purchased $1.9 million worth of domain names and websites.

The company acquired a portfolio of 60,000 domain names for $1.45 million. In three separate deals they purchased numerous other domain names plus a web design blog, TutorialBlog.org, for an additional $445,000 in cash and shares.

Hecta Media is clearly looking to purchase more in the near future, with a website page dedicated to having visitors inquire about selling their domains.

The company has the option to acquire two more significant domain portfolios in the next six months for another $1.9 million.
