Moniker 2008 TRAFFIC East No/Low Reserve Auction Results

by Adam Strong in Categories: Up to the Minute

Moniker held another No Reserve/Low Reserve domain auction tonight at the TRAFFIC show in Florida. Sixteen of thirty domains sold bringing in a total of $62,750. The highest sale went to Daycare.org at $16,500. No other names broke the 5 figure barrier. This is a fairly new format that Moniker started about a year ago at a at the previous TRAFFIC conference in Las Vegas. The event features only a small handful of domains with no reserve prices or very low reserve prices.  The last time Moniker tried this format, the list was a bit longer at 80 domains and they sold around $190,000 worth. The results of tonights auction can be seen after the jump.

I know. $62,750? That is paltry considering the domain list. I guess no one is in a buying mood.
